1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to provide your shipping information and payment details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept payments by Paypal. We will add more payment methods in the future.
3. What is your shipping policy?
We offer flat-rate shipping of £3.95 for all orders. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days ( not including order processing time )
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, we are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please stay tuned for any updates!
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package.
6. What is your return policy?
